Strategy, transformation and AI - from the inside
Holly is co-founder and managing partner at Beacon58. She is a board adviser and former C-Suite executive with over 25 years of experience leading strategy, transformation, operations and technology across diverse sectors. Having started her career as a consultant with Accenture, she then moved into senior roles in industry, experience which enables her to partner and empathise with clients.
As Chief Operating Officer at ADSS, she spearheaded the AI-enabled transformation of the digital trading platform to enhance scalability and risk management. Previously, at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Holly led digital transformation, building the bank's digital capability from the ground up, embedding automation and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
At Miral Experiences, she supervised the destination strategy for Yas Island, oversaw the integration of digital infrastructure and reimagined the guest experience for a dynamic portfolio of theme parks.
Holly holds a Master of Arts in Classics from the University of Oxford and a Diploma in Mandarin from the National University of Singapore.

Holly has deployed AI across organisations from banks to start-ups - and went through the programme herself, building her own live dashboard, GTD system and integrations in week one. She co-leads the masterclasses and cohorts alongside Ewan, and keeps everything grounded in the real work.
