When you contact us
- Your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), organisation, and role
- The content of your message and any information you choose to share
When you visit the site
- Anonymous analytics: page URL, referrer, approximate country, device type
- A single first-party analytics cookie set by Zorro Analytics (self-hosted by us - no third-party tracking cookies, no ad networks)
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you'd like, to discuss whether the programme is a fit
- To understand which pages of the site are useful, so we can improve it
- To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations where relevant
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Legal bases
- Legitimate interests - replying to enquiries and understanding site traffic
- Consent - where required (for example, if you explicitly opt in to updates)
- Legal obligation - keeping business records for tax purposes
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to enrolment: deleted within 6 months of last contact
- Business records: retained for the period required by applicable tax law
If you enrol in the programme, the retention terms in your participant agreement take precedence.
6. Your rights
Subject to local law, you have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to processing or withdraw consent
- Contact a supervisory authority - in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in other jurisdictions, your local data-protection authority

7. Cookies & analytics
We use Zorro Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool we self-host. It sets a single first-party cookie to record anonymous page-view data. It does not identify you individually, does not share data with third parties, and does not follow you across other websites.
You can clear or block this cookie in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
8. Third parties
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on the homepage, React and Babel scripts from unpkg.com. These providers may see your IP address as part of normal web requests. We do not actively share data with them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent change.
